Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow color with clear green hues. Offers delicate floral notes alongside aromas of yellow fruit and light almond notes. On the palate it is soft, fresh and pleasant with citrus notes.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested and then go through a gentle pressing before undergoing fermentation. The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks for a short while before aging a few months in the bottle.
Food Pairing: Great as an aperitif thanks to its fresh aroma, but also pairs well with appetizers and seafood dishes.
