Rich, full bodied white wine. It’s filled with lemony citrus flavors and aromas accented by a delicate touch of toasty oak.

Aging: 40% Barrel fermented sur lie and 60% is fermented in stainless steel.

Food Pairing: Raw and lightly cooked shellfish like crab and prawns, steamed or grilled fish, chicken and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
