Tasting Notes:  
A fresh and mineral rosé wine with a vivid onion peel color that almost turns into salmon pink. Fruity on the nose with striking aromas of sour and marasca cherries. Alluring notes of strawberries and raspberries melt with delicate hints of officinal herbs and cyclamen. In the mouth is well-balanced, with a pleasant acid note that leads to a fresh, savory finish.

Aging:  Steel vats Aging: 2 months in steel on fine lees: 2 months for refinement.

Food Pairing: Ideal for fish-based dishes and light first courses.
