Aging: 12 months in big Slavonian oak barrels and French barriques, at the discretion of the winemakers.
Food Pairing: An excellent aperitif wine, it pairs beautifully with meat based dishes, charcuterie, barbecued meats, and light pasta dishes. Perfect as a by the glass wine.
