Perfumed berry, rose petal and baking spice aromas waft out of the glass. Young and vibrant, this offers crunchy sour cherry, fresh raspberry, white pepper and chopped herb alongside tightly packed, polished tannins. It closes on a coffee note.
15 months in small barrel followed by 8 more months in a bottle.
In red, with emerged cap and maceration on the skins for 6/7 days at a controlled temperature of 26° C. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in full after the alcoholic one is completed.
