A limited-production Barolo Riserva produced only in the best vintages from the estate-owned La Volta vineyard. A big wine with elegant notes of preserved fruit accented by aromas of spices, underbrush, and licorice.
Aging: Extensively aged in tini (Oak Barrel)for 46 months, followed by 3 months in stainless steel tanks, and finally cellared in bottle at the winery for 12 months
Food Pairing : Pairs well with hearty dishes, including braised and stewed red meats. Also excellent with rich, chocolaty desserts.
