Tasting Notes
With a complex nose, showing smoky dark cherry fruit and a mixture of berry fruits, this smooth and full-bodied wine shows the same complexity on the palate.

5 000 liter oak barrels for at least 2 years followed by a minimum of 6 months in the bottle. Total aging: 3.5 years

Grapes are harvested by hand and go through a soft pressing. Then fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel barrels.

Food Pairing:
First, serve at a temperature of 64 degrees Fahrenheit with fine red meat and game dishes.
