Asti is an artistic city with great experience in wine techniques. This particular Barbera is named after the city of Asti. The denomination of the wine is strictly controlled at the origin. It's a wine with good structure and good acidity. a vinous aroma, with hints of rich red fruits such as ripe black cherries.

Process carried out in 4-6 months stainless steel vats and then aged shortly in the bottle

Gentle pressing of grapes, refrigeration and filtration. Fermentation carried out at a controlled temperature
