Bright and fragrant, this wine features lingering aromas with pleasant hints of sourness and minerals. Its citrus flavor is enriched with notes of grapefruit and acacia flower. On the palate it is dry and pleasantly fresh with a lingering finish.
Vinification: After a brief maceration, the grapes undergo soft and progressive pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.
Aging: Aging in stainless steel on the lees with periodic bâtonnage at low temperatures, to maintain freshness and impart structure and balance. Bottling is done gradually, in small batches.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect match for meats and appetizers, pasta or rice, fish and shellfish, white meats, young and medium aged cheese.
