Tasting Notes:
On the nose it features a soft, fruity, and spicy taste with notes of blackberry, licorice and pepper.  On the palate its full, dry, and generous.

Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and oxygenation.

Aging: Aging for 3-6 months in stainless steel.

Food Pairing:  A perfect pairing with strong-flavored pasta dishes, raw meat, roasts and aged cheeses.
