This impressively structured wine, is ample in a robust blackberry jam tone. Iron, tobacco, lavender and dried herb ride along the mid palate with ease. The black pepper on the finish is additionally on point. Enjoy from 2026–2036.
Vinification : This classic Napa Valley Cabernet is coaxed from the grapes through hand harvesting and gentle processing in the winery. The fermentation period is characterized by hot peak temperatures in the must and a thorough extraction campaign to get every last drop of flavor. The wine is non fined and non filtered.
