Tasting Notes:
The bouquet is delicately toasted and evolves notes of violets and black cherries. The intense color of this great Bordeaux wine is reflected on its palate. Restrained at first, the attack on the palate reveals an opulent and very rich material.
Vinification: Traditional Bordeaux method. Malolactic transformation partly in vats and partly in barrels. Maturing on fine lees with regular stirrings.
Aging: French oak barrels (1/3 new barrels) for 16 months.
