Tasting Notes:
On the nose, black cherry, sweet oak follow by scents of blueberry and violets.  On the palate notes of Blackberry and dark plum are follow by a nice minerality, toasted spices and fine integrated tannins.

Aging:  10 months in French Oak

Food Pairing:  Herbed lamb kabobs, meatloaf and herbed mashed potatoes.
