Creamy, supple and expressive, with striking depth and nuance. Block UU has an extra kick of texture that is hugely appealing. Lemon confit, orchard fruit and chamomile all grace this compelling and wonderfully inviting Chardonnay
Aging: Sur lies for 8 months. 100% barrel fermented; 100% French oak 500L puncheons; 20% new.
Food Pairing: Meaty fish (halibut, cod) and shellfish (lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops.) Veal, Pork Loin.
