Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe plum, cola, and cherry tobacco lead to flavors of black cherry, blueberry, and mocha. A wonderful balance of Russian River Valley fruit and integrated Damy French Oak flavors linger on the palate. The result is a very elegant and enjoyable example of the Russian River Valley.

Winemaking: Following a five day cold soak, the grapes were yeasted and tank fermented at cool temperatures. Multiple daily pump overs allowed for color and flavor extraction. The must was then pressed to barrel for ageing in primarily Damy French oak.
