Deep ruby red with a powerful, lingering nose conjuring up fruit of the forest and dog-roses. Rich, dry, and packed with body.

Aging:

The wine is aged in French oak for up to 24 months, with a further year in the bottle.

Winemaking:

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 82.4° F lasts 10 to 11 days on the skins in rotating paddle fermenters.

Food Pairing:

Can be enjoyed with red meat and game dishes. Excellent with rabbit.
