Tasting Notes:
There's a hint of violet to the very pure black cherry fruit aromas. And there's a wisp of the oak here, too. This is a supple wine to start off with, but it quickly gathers mineral, chalky thru-put of lovely energy. A high and direct wine...and a lovely one.
Food Pairing : Salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or pasta dishes
