Lovely fresh fruit aromas with hints of pepper. Clean, intense and vivid with pure red fruit flavors, moderate tannins and bright acidity.

At harvest time the grapes are picked mechanically and sorted upon arrival at the cellar to ensure only the ripest, perfect grapes are put in the vats. Traditional vinification takes place under temperature control.
