Tasting Notes:
This Sauvignon Blanc presents varietal characteristics with grapefruit, tropical fruit and apple in the aroma. Hints of tropical fruit follow into the palate where the wine ends with a crisp finish.

Aging:  Stainless Steel Tank for 3 months then 2 more in the bottle prior to release.

Food Pairing : Enjoy with salads, sushi, pasta, chicken and fresh seafood.
