Gibbs Pinot has a unique and complex structure with deep, spicy notes. Dark in color and full bodied, the aroma and palate are of luscious strawberry, ripe cherry and rhubarb.
Aging: 15 months | 50% new French & Hungarian oak
Winemaking: Gibbs Pinot Noir comes from one of the cooler growing regions in the Napa Valley, Los Carneros. Situated close to the San Pablo bay, this area is characterized by ample fog and regular cool breezes, making it perfect for cooler climate varietals such as Pinot Noir.
