Impressive spice and rose petal aroma laced with Barbaresco charm, a bold Nebbiolo flavor with a hint of licorice, a delightful finish with tannins you expect from young-ish wine.

Aging:   26 months of which 9 in oaks of Slavonic origin.

Winemaking:
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation conducted with innovative techniques and carried out at a controlled temperature
